The dedicated link to your inspector is his reporting: we set a high priority firstly to the speed of reporting, this being a major issue in efficient management of inspector's time and effectiveness. Reporting „within hours“ of inspection completion is THE target of ISI Policy. Secondly, we try very hard to have our inspectors write sensible reports not only to „check/fill-in void spaces“ but also to try to transmit our Principals the local situation, to illustrate particular conditions of interest for Principals.
